The inspection process can vary depending on the building or home type, but there are some elements that should stay consistent for all of these and they include the following:
An inspection agreement will be provided and needs to be completed by the client, this is required by the state and for insurance purposes.
Client has the option to be present, if the client cannot make it then an agent or authorized representative should be present for access to the property and in case of an issue arising. This is important for homes that are occupied.
Average time for a standard home inspection under 3000 square feet is roughly 2- 3 hours.

Payment is typically obtained at the end of the inspection.
A digital, narrative report will be emailed to the client and any other parties the client advises. Report is typically sent/ completed within 24 hours unless otherwise notified.
